Who we are

This policy covers curiousbuilder.ai and the forms, calls, text messages and other communications of Curious Builder LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Curious Builder," "we," "us"). Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out an application or intake form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, mobile number, business name, role and your answers to the form's questions.

Communications. When you call, text, email or message us, we keep a record of the conversation. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and you hear a notice at the start of any recorded call.

Session information. If you take part in an intensive or other engagement, we keep attendance, signed participant terms and the materials you choose to share with us.

Website data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use this information to review and reply to applications, schedule and deliver sessions, send follow-up material, answer your questions, keep business and tax records, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Curious Builder sends text messages about your inquiry and your sessions. These include replies to your questions, scheduling, session reminders and follow-ups after a session.

We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy.

AI-assisted messages and calls

With your consent, some reminder and follow-up texts are written or sent with AI assistance, from the same business number; STOP and HELP work the same way. With your separate consent, we may call you using an AI voice assistant to follow up on an open item, at most once per item. The call says at the start that it is an AI assistant calling for Curious Builder. Text messages remain the normal channel. Either consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or writing to learn@curiousbuilder.ai.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as form hosting, our customer records system, phone and messaging service, email and web hosting. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Curious Builder LLC is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction under the same protections.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are for internal use. Clients receive written summaries, not transcripts.

Security

We limit access to the people who need it and use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on the services we use. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop receiving emails or texts from us, by writing to learn@curiousbuilder.ai. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.
