About these terms

These terms apply to curiousbuilder.ai and to the text message program run by Curious Builder LLC, a Texas limited liability company at 1304 E. Adams St., Brownsville, TX 78520 ("Curious Builder," "we," "us"). By using the site or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Intensives, coaching, consulting and build work are provided under a separate written agreement signed by Curious Builder LLC and the client. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services until both parties sign.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our work and to apply. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, or try to reach parts of it that are not public. The content on this site, including text, case studies, design and logos, belongs to Curious Builder LLC or is used with permission, and you may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.

The site is for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice for your situation.

Text message program

When you provide your mobile number on one of our forms and agree to receive texts, you join the Curious Builder text message program. We text about your inquiry and your sessions: replies to your questions, scheduling, session reminders and follow-ups after a session.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email learn@curiousbuilder.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI-assisted messages and calls

With your consent, some reminder and follow-up texts are written or sent with AI assistance, from the same business number; STOP and HELP work the same way. With your separate consent, we may call you using an AI voice assistant to follow up on an open item, at most once per item. The call says at the start that it is an AI assistant calling for Curious Builder. Text messages remain the normal channel. Either consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or writing to learn@curiousbuilder.ai.

How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

Some forms and links on this site are hosted by other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Curious Builder LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the text message program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them is heard in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the change.
