About

A practice by William Steele.

What Curious Builder is

Curious Builder teaches operators to build meaningful tools with AI after minimal instruction. The premise is simple: you leave a session holding working tools you made yourself, plus the ability to keep building on your own. That holds across every keynote, intensive, and engagement.

You do not need to be technical, and you do not need another lecture about AI. The point is to come out the other side able to build the things your business actually needs, and to keep building after the room clears.

How it is taught

The approach is plain-spoken and operator-first. Specific over grand: name the tool, the outcome, the next step. The work is taught the way someone who has actually shipped things would walk you through it, not the keynote version. Most of the learning happens in the moments where something breaks and we fix it together, looking at the same screen.

Who runs it

Curious Builder is a practice by William Steele, operated as LeverageAI LLC and based in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. He also runs Harva, a cross-border trade finance company. The teaching and consulting practice runs alongside that work, scoped to operators who want to figure out what AI actually does inside a working business. The work serves operators and organizations across South Texas and nationally.

Three ways the work happens

Teach: hands-on intensives that end with working tools you built yourself. Advise: one-on-one consulting for a focused goal or decision. Build: when it fits, systems shipped alongside the people who will run them.

No hype. No jargon. Just the work.

Pick the path that fits and tell me about your business.

We value every application and respond to all of them. We take on the work where it is a good fit.
