A clinic automates its notes and training

Jose Suarez runs Moveo Performance, a physical therapy and performance clinic in the Rio Grande Valley. He came into the intensive with no prior AI experience, and within a few days he was automating real parts of how the clinic runs.

The one he is proudest of is his charting. He trained an AI assistant to open the apps he already uses, take the recording of a session, and draft the note into the exact template he wants. So now, while he is away from his desk working with a patient, the documentation writes itself. By the time he sits back down, it is done.

He turned his front-desk training into a system. He used a deep-research report on how to train people to rebuild his front-desk handbook, then generated training videos straight from it, so a new hire can read the updated manual and watch the videos rather than learn by guesswork.

He kept building. He connected the app he had built on his own so he can improve it through a conversation instead of wrestling with prompts, and he is now scoping a single dashboard that pulls his clinic numbers and his accounting into one place, so the next hire, the next location, and the next decision are backed by the full picture.

The thread through all of it is a shift Jose made on his own: stop thinking about agents, start with the outcome you want, and build toward it. That is the capability he left with, and he is still building.
